The next Regular Meeting of the Azzurra Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at 6:30 PM in the Yoga/Pilates Studio.

A closed Executive Session will also be conducted on February 17, 2015 at 5:30 PM in the Executive Conference room. This session is not open for member attendance.

LOADING DOCK REMINDERS AND 2015 DOCK CLOSURE DATES  
In order to better serve you in the future with Moves, Vendor Services and Construction, we recommend contacting the Loading Dock 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE for ALL services being executed in your unit. For Move in and Move out Scheduling, we recommend a 72 HOUR ADVANCE notice. 

Remember, if a move is scheduled and a delivery arrives without prior notice, the delivery personnel may be asked to wait until the Freight Elevator becomes available. Many delivery companies have a 5 to 10 minute grace period and will leave without notifying the client and in some cases the delivery fee is billed again to the recipient. In order to avoid the delay in delivery, please make sure to schedule your delivery with the Loading Dock.

*ALL VENDORS MUST USE THE LOADING DOCK ENTRANCE* 

Vendor Services
: Vendors (Maid / Cleaning Services, Deliveries, Cable or Internet, etc.)that require the use of the freight elevator we recommend contacting the Loading Dock 24 hours in advance. All Services may only be conducted Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. and only after prior arrangements have been made with the Loading Dock. Remember, if a move is scheduled and a vendor arrives without prior 24 hour notice, the vendor personnel may be asked to wait until the Freight Elevator becomes available. Also, many vendor service companies have a 5 to 10 minute grace period and will leave without notifying the client. In many cases the vendor service fee is billed again to the recipient. 

Construction: Alterations to the interior of the unit are permitted with the approval of the Architectural Committee. Wood Flooring, Carpet, Window Coverings, Window Screens, Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, Shelving, Kitchen Cabinets, Interior Doors or complete unit remodel requires Architectural Approval. All questions concerning this process should be referred to Guillermo Mendoza (Contracts and Operations) 310-823-2955 ext. 235. 

Move In/Outs: Moves may only be completed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The first move may be scheduled from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the second from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. (Move in and Move out fees will apply)
