Holiday Reminders

- Loading Dock and Management Office
The Loading Dock and Management Offfice will be closed on Thursday, December 25th and Friday, December 26th in observance of the Christmas Holiday. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, December 29th.

- Christmas Tree Delivery
When delivering a Christmas tree to the building, simply see Access Control at the L-1 entrance and he/she will direct you to a designated parking space to off load the tree. Once the tree is off loaded, they will escort you to the Service Elevator to make sure that the tree is delivered properly.

- Guest Parking Information
With the holidays approaching, please remember that each unit is allowed to park a maximum of (4) guest vehicles in the valet area at any time.  Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  If you will be hosting an event in your home in which you will be expecting more than (4) vehicles, please contact the Concierge at least a week in advance to reserve an additional valet.  Please remember that unless you reserve an amenity for a private event, each unit may only bring up to (4) guests to the common areas.  The amenities cannot be reserved for private use on holidays.  In the event that the valet area is full, please make sure that you and your guests are familiar with the Alternative Parking Options posted on the Documents page of

- Keep Watch in the Kitchen
The kitchen is a busy place through the holiday season. Never leave anything cooking unattended, not even for a minute. Turn pot handles inward so that little hands can’t grab them. And keep your kitchen and your cooking area free of clutter to avoid unnecessary accidents.

- Use Candles with Care
Walk around your home and move candles away from anything that can burn. Store matches and lighters away from children and be sure to blow out candles before you leave the room or go to sleep. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

With just a few simple steps you can help protect you and your family from hazards in the home this holiday season.

Azzurra and the staff would like to wish you a safe and happy holiday season.
