The Regular and Executive Meetings on May 21, 2013 have been cancelled due to lack of quorum. The next Regular Meeting of the Azzurra Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 7:00 PM in the Yoga/Pilates Studio. This will be in conjunction with the Annual Members Meeting and Election. Registration for the election starts at 6:15 p.m.
A closed Executive Session will also be conducted on June 18, 2013 at 5:00 PM in the Executive Conference room. This session is not open for member attendance.

The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works will hold a meeting to present the Oxford Retension Basin Multiuse Enhancement Project on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 from 7:00-9:00pm.

Due to lack of quorum, the 2013 adjourned Annual Meeting will be held on June 18, 2013. Registration will begin at 6:15pm and the meeting will convene at 6:30pm. You can still vote by bringing your ballot to the meeting. If you lost your ballot or did not receive one, please contact our appointed Election Inspector at (888) 558-2887 or via email at info@ballotboxservices.com to obtain a duplicate copy.

Please remember that ballots for the May 21st annual meeting must be received by the election inspector by May 20th or hand delivered to the meeting. Besides the two (2) open positions that are up for re-election, there is one open position on the Board which is for a one year term. If you are interested in this position, please submit the following to Management by May 31st:
- Name
- Unit Number
- Resume and/or statement
Candidates for the Board of Directors must be members of the Association. In addition, the member must be in good standing, current in their assessment payments and have no governing document violations pending.
